WFSD Objectives

1. Develop the confidence of Sudanese women and their ability through training and building resilience and sustainability in the field of poverty alleviation and community development.

2. Addressing Climate Change through Awareness campaigns and involving the Sudanese societies on activities that reduce and limit climate change.

3. Supporting, rehabilitating and developing the leadership capacities of women, young women and university graduates to establish social investment project, contributing to raising families from poverty, sustainable livelihoods and to make them active towards development of the Sudanese society and economy.

4. Raising the awareness, and adeptness of Sudanese women on the importance of their voices being heard and for fair participation in local, regional and global policies regarding sustainable development, societal development, climate change, as well as employment and investment opportunities.

5. Raising the spirit of voluntary teamwork in society and effective participation related to societal responsibility, serving Sudanese women, the country and its citizens.

6. Participation in awareness campaigns and activities, about environmental sanitation in residential neighborhoods, alleviating practices negative and harmful to the environment.

7. Partner with voluntary work organizations to mobilize the popular efforts necessary for the success of the organizations’ projects as well as the joint projects, all of which are in the interest of the country and its citizens.
